Black girls. Black women. We are magic. We are strong. We are some of the fiercest bosses out there. I usually tend to gravitate more towards the male leads, because let’s be real, they make your mouth water. But every now and then I come across a boss chick who makes her presence known, like “Blaw Tadow, Watch Out Now” in the words of the Original Queen Bee.

First I would like to say thank you. This is going to be a blog I love to read. I seen this posted to Alexandria House FB. She is one of my favorites. Here is the reason I am making this comment. I like to listen to audio books while I work. It not enough time in my day to read. So audio is a way for me to get my fix in. I really bothers me that only 3 books on this list are available on audio. Sometimes I miss out on good books because they are not on audio. It is really sad that more authors of color are not doing books on audio. Sorry I had to vent. Keep up blogs coming because you give me more titles to check out. thanks so much.

Thank you for checking out my work and following my blog. I’ve never been big on audiobooks but I recently found one that got me hooked. This Thursday I’ll be doing a list dedicated to audiobooks from black authors so be on the lookout.
